Have you tried Advantech's Onsite Service?
Advantech will confirm the visit time with the customer and send a repair engineer to your designated location in the shortest possible time.

Advantech provides you the option to call for service when needed or or get a 1, 2, or 3 year coverage plan with much better service rate. We will arrange an engineer to bring repaired parts and check the defective unit onsite at the customer's appointed place the next day. Advantech's Onsite Service Engineer will try every possible way to complete the assigned service, and work with the greatest degree of professionalism, to meet all the customer's requirements ; t o ensure that all normal operations can resume as soon as possible!
