The Titan series UPS features a unique AC-DC double conversion circuit that automatically detects the electrical current and voltage output of each utility power supply. The current is inputted by means of a high frequency PWM that maintains a uniform waveform and phase-in line with voltage; the result attains a high input power factor – over 95%. The unit avoids generating spurious harmonic interference over the power network.
