An Intel® Celeron® M Embedded Motion Controller with 4-axis motion control and 32-ch isolated digital I/O, PEC-3240 integrates processing, control and communications, providing users with one of the first all-in-one automation controllers on the market today. By providing a variety of motion control functions, such as 2/3-axis linear, 2-axis circular interpolation, continuous interpolation, T/S-curve speed profile and position limit detection, PEC-3240 is an ideal software-ready solution for general machine automation and testing applications.

Compact Size

PEC-3240 (255 x 152 x 59 mm) is 1/8 the size compared with standard industrial PCs, even with built-in 4-axis motion control and 32-ch digital I/O functionalities, greatly saving space.

Robust Design

Fanless, no internal cables, and diskless mechanisms allow PEC-3240 to operate under -10 ~ 65° C
(14 ~149° F) without any heat issues.

Advanced Motion Control

To meet different demands for industrial automation, PEC-3240 provides a variety of motion control functions, such as 2/3-axis linear, 2-axis circular interpolation, continuous interpolation, T/S-curve speed profile, and software limits.
