The
new UNO-2160 is an embedded, application ready platform
that shortens your development time. Its Celeron
400 MHz processor provides good performance, and
the two PC/104 slots offer convenient expansion
possibilities. The two PC/104 slots could for example
be used for data acquisition or communication modules.
Four serial ports and several other networking interfaces
support diverse communication requirements. Moreover,
UNO-2160 can be used as a controller, communication
gateway or thin client. |

Complementing
its line of GPIB interface boards, Advantech has
launched the PCI-1670 with a PCI 2.1 bus specification
that is fully compatible with IEEE 488.1 and 488.2.
Furthermore, driver support is provided for a wide
range of libraries used by popular programming languages
such as, Visual C++®, Borland C++Builder®,LabWindows/CVI®,
Visual Basic®, Delphi® and LabVIEW®.

that gives more options when choosing I/O cards
for The MathWorks' mathematical simulation software.
Customer demand for a MATLAB interface to Advantech's
