ADAM-6060
just won a 500-unit project for a satellite equipment
monitoring system. Featuring seamless Ethernet communication
and UDP event handling, ADAM-6060 was the most outstanding
solution among the strong competitiors for this
project. Furthermore, the Modbus standard communication
protocol also helped win the project since integrating
ADAM-6060 into the existing system will be easier.
ADAM-6060 has become part of the customer's standard
system, which will be repeated in several locations.

UNO-2050
won again! This time, UNO-2050 has been chosen to
handle a water supply equipment monitoring system.
With onboard I/O and 4 COM ports, UNO-2050 is a
“just-fit” remote terminal unit for monitoring
and control of field equipment. With no fan and
a design that is shock and vibration resistant,
UNO-2050 had no problems during the customer's beta
site test. The first 100 units of UNO-2050 have
already been installed in the field, and 900 more
will be installed during 2005. |

EDG-4516R+ has become a very popular solution for
facility monitoring systems in power stations. Normally,
power stations are equipped with a wide range of
devices with RS-232, RS-422 or RS-485 interfaces.
Voltage, amperes, frequencies, temperatures and
many other kinds of data need to be constantly monitored
and safely stored. EDG-4516R+ comes with 16 configurable
RS-232/422/485 ports that make it easy to integrate
various serial devices in the field. Moreover, engineers
can control and monitor field serial devices remotely
by an Ethernet network.
