	Advantech Extends Product Line for Universal PCI Data Acquisition Control Cards

Advantech announced today the release of an enhanced version of the popular PCI-1751 card. PCI-1751U is a 48-bit TTL DI/O card with timer/counter interrupt capability, surge protection, and universal PCI interface for use with 3.3 and 5 volt signals. The new PCI-1751U further extends the broad range of digital data acquisition control cards.


	New ADAM-5510 Ethernet SoftLogic Controllers from Advantech

Advantech has extended its selection of PC-based SoftLogic and programmable controllers with five new products in the ADAM-5510KW and ADAM-5510 series. The most powerful new controller is the ADAM-5510EKW/TP, which integrates Modbus/TCP server/client functions and supports KW MULTIPROGR for programming of IEC 61131-3 SoftLogic languages.


	Compact PC/104 AMONet™RS-485 Master Module released by Advantech

Advantech unveiled today the latest member in the AMONet™ family of distributed motion control products. PCM-3202 is a 16-bit, PC/104 motion control card that supports two independent AMONet™ RS-485 rings, and can control up to 2048 I/O points as well as up to 128 slave modules for control of up to 64 axes.


	ADAM-4016/4017/4018/5013 Extends its Features with TVS & ESD Protection Enhancement

The ADAM-4016/4017/4018/5013 analog input modules are now equipped with Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection. This enhancement improves field safety and shields the modules from Electrical Fast Transient (EFT) bursts of up to 1.0 KV.


	Advantech DASYLab™Driver Suppor Notice

Advantech Data acquisition cards are now supported by DASYLab™. Utilizing DASYLab with Advantech acquisition cards, you can create your own individual measurements or analysis applications in a quicker way. The current driver version is V2.26, which supports DASYLab 6.x, 7.x and the newest DASYLab 8.x. You can update the driver by downloading it from DASYLab's website.

	Power Monitoring System in Aisan Airport (FMS)

With a combination of ADAM-5510EKW/TP Ethernet-enabled SoftLogic controllers, ADAM-6510 Ethernet hubs, and ADAM-6060 relay modules, one of Asia's busiest airports can continue its expansion and easily manage its power. The power monitoring system is easily expandable with its Modbus? protocol, and Ethernet-enabled features simplify the process of upgrading and expanding the monitoring system. It also provides a cost-effective way to incorporate the latest computer and communications technology.
